Cancelling Your Order
Please note, once an order is placed, you have 24 hours to cancel it. If you receive your order and want to return it, simply reach out to our support team and we will initiate the return process. Upon receipt of your returned item, we will process a refund.
Priority & Insured Shipping
All shipping options are insured. If your order gets lost in transit or is damaged, you'll have the option of either having your order reshipped or being refunded along with store credit for the inconvenience.
If you opt for Priority shipping, we unfortunately cannot ensure that your order will reach you within the earliest date in the estimated delivery time frame. However, you can track your order more accurately once you receive your tracking number.
Please note that Priority Shipping is currently unavailable for some countries and products, but we are actively working towards expanding its availability.
Lost/ Missing Packages
We are not held responsible if an incorrect address is provided during checkout. Please double check your billing and shipping address before completing your order. If we made a mistake, please contact our support team and we will ship a replacement at no additional cost along with store credit.
International Shipping

For logistical reasons, items in the same order may be shipped in separate packages and arrive at different times. We apologize for this inconvenience and are making efforts to resolve it.
